Hoppipolla Florist is a neighbourhood flower studio at 3 Grazier Lane, Belconnen ACT 2617, Australia. These terms apply to purchases through our Shopify online store, together with our Refund, Privacy and Shipping policies.

Products and availability

Flowers are seasonal and perishable. Photographs represent the design and overall feeling; exact flower varieties may vary. Substitutions will aim to preserve the overall colour, style and value. Please read the product description, available variants and lead time before ordering.

Prices and orders

Prices are shown in Australian dollars. Available delivery charges and any applicable taxes are displayed at checkout before payment. Please check the product, quantity, card message, selected date/time and checkout delivery or pickup details carefully. If we identify an availability issue or a genuine product or pricing error, we will contact you to discuss an appropriate solution, including a refund where appropriate.

Delivery and pickup

The fulfilment method selected at checkout is authoritative. Product-page date and time selections are the operational schedule for our team. Local delivery is available only for supported postcodes. Please provide accurate delivery and contact information. Delivery windows do not guarantee arrival at an exact minute.
