Shipping policy
Scheduled local flower delivery
Dedicated local flower delivery from our Belconnen studio. Choose your preferred delivery date and time on the product page. Delivery fees are calculated at checkout based on the recipient postcode. Delivery windows are not a promise of arrival at an exact minute.
Delivery areas and fees
- Belconnen Local — $15: 2614, 2615, 2617.
- North & Inner Canberra — $20: 2600, 2601, 2602, 2612, 2911, 2912, 2913, 2914.
- Greater Canberra — $30: 2603, 2604, 2605, 2606, 2607, 2609, 2611, 2900, 2902, 2903, 2904.
- Outer Canberra — $40: 2619, 2905, 2906.
Automatic local delivery is not offered for other postcodes, including 2618, 2620 and 2621. We do not offer Australia-wide parcel shipping. There is no general free-delivery threshold.
Pickup
Pickup is free at Hoppipolla Florist, 3 Grazier Lane, Belconnen ACT 2617. Please collect during the date and time selected on the product page. Pickup is unavailable on configured ACT public holidays. Shopify may display a general readiness estimate; your selected product-page date and time remain our operational pickup schedule.
Order details
The fulfilment method selected at checkout is final. Your product-page Delivery/Pickup choice is a reference for our team. For delivery, please provide accurate recipient name, address and contact information at checkout, together with any useful access instructions. Unattended delivery follows your safe-place or return-for-redelivery instruction where provided and safe to do so. If delivery cannot be completed, we will contact you to discuss the next step and any applicable redelivery cost before arranging it.
Seasonal availability and public holidays
Fresh flowers are seasonal. Substitutions will aim to preserve the overall colour, style and value. Public-holiday delivery is by advance order only and is subject to availability; please contact us to confirm.
