Other postcodes, including 2618, 2620 and 2621, do not have an automatic local delivery option. If your postcode is not listed, please contact our studio before ordering to discuss what may be possible. We do not offer Australia-wide parcel shipping.

Choose your delivery date

Choose your flowers and check the available dates on the product page. Some arrangements need advance notice.
Select your preferred delivery date and time window, and add any card message or delivery instructions.
Choose Local Delivery at checkout and enter the recipient’s address and contact details. Checkout confirms the final fulfilment method and delivery fee.

Delivery windows run between 10:00 AM and 7:00 PM, subject to the options available for your chosen product and date. A window is not a promise of arrival at an exact minute.

Same-day ordering is available only for eligible products with an available date and time window. The cutoff is 3:00 PM Canberra local time; check the product page before ordering.

Free studio pickup in Belconnen

Collect your flowers from Hoppipolla Florist, Shop C05, 3 Grazier Lane, Belconnen ACT 2617.

Regular studio hours are Monday–Saturday, 10:00 AM–6:00 PM, and Sunday, 12:00 PM–6:00 PM. Please collect during the date and time selected on the product page and bring your order confirmation. Pickup is unavailable on ACT public holidays.

Please provide accurate recipient details at checkout, including a business name, unit number or access instructions where relevant. If the recipient may be unavailable, you can leave a safe-place or return-for-redelivery instruction on the product page.

Flowers will only be left where it is safe to do so. If delivery cannot be completed, we’ll contact you to discuss the next step and any applicable redelivery cost before arranging it.

Can you deliver on an ACT public holiday?

Public-holiday delivery is by advance order only, subject to availability, and does not support same-day ordering. Please contact us to confirm before placing your order.

Will my flowers look exactly like the photo?

Fresh flowers are seasonal. Varieties and colours may vary, and substitutions aim to preserve the arrangement’s overall colour, style and value.

Do you offer regular flowers for businesses?
